**Regarding Scuba Diving:
Minimum age is 12 years.  There are time restrictions for flying after diving and some medical conditions will prevent you from diving. Some of the more common conditions are Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Pregnancy and heart or lung conditions. Some other medical conditions/medications may also be a problem. If you are unsure about any specific condition please contact us.

**Helicopter Flights: Infants 0-2 yrs free of charge.  (Limited to 1 infant per flight). Helicopter per seat charges apply to all passengers 3 yrs and older – please enquire for price.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to departure and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee.  Cancellations received with greater than 24 hours notice are entitled to a full refund or travel credit.

Glass Bottom Boat

Enjoy a spectacular top-down view of coral and marine life without getting wet. With the reef only 0.5 to 3 metres under the glass, the glass bottom boat tour offers a clear and close-up view of hard and soft corals, giant clams, anemones, fish and more, explained  by one of our marine experts. You might even spot a sea turtle!  Tours departs regularly throughout the day.

Semi Submersible Boat

When you sit in the hull of our semi-submersible boat, your window is below sea level giving a ‘fish eye’ perspective of the Great Barrier Reef. From the comfort of your seat, experience the wonder of the reef as you cruise over stunning coral gardens, past staggering drop offs, and spot amazing marine animals.  Tours depart regularly throughout the day.

Waterslide

This pontoon is home to the only waterslide on the Great Barrier Reef from Cairns. Swirling eight metres down from our sun deck on a 30-metre spiral into the tropical ocean, see if you can beat 110 slides in one day – that’s the record!  Available all day and supervised by lifeguards, the waterslide is a hit with big kids and little kids alike.

Underwater Observatory

Located at one end of the pontoon, the underwater observatory is a room below sea level with a huge window allowing you to look out on the fish and coral of the reef, while staying dry! It’s open all day, so simply descend the stairs to enjoy the view whenever you like.  A great viewing time is during the fish feeding presentation when hundreds of fish swarm near the window.

Package includes standard inclusions as above PLUS a 25 minute helicopter scenic flight transfer one way (to or from the reef).

  • Cruise/Fly: Boat Departs 9.30am / Heli flight Return 3.30pm
  • Fly/Cruise: Heli Flight Departs 11.30am / Boat Return 5.30pm
  • Departs Cairns: 9.30am (check in at the Reef Fleet Terminal at 8.30am)

You will have up to 4 hours on our custom-built Reef Activity Pontoon to relax, explore and experience!

With a range of included activities included, all ages and abilities can explore and enjoy the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef. With clear water, colourful coral, abundant fish life and friendly resident turtles and Maori wrasse, Moore Reef is the ultimate destination to experience all that the outer reef has to offer.

Swimmers of all abilities can snorkel in the natural lagoon or stay dry with our semi-submersible and glass bottom boat tours that operate multiple times throughout the day.

You can also visit our underwater observatory to discover the world’s most impressive natural fish tank and get up close and personal with marine life in our touch tank presentations.

Young kids can have fun in our enclosed ocean ‘pool’ or swirl down Sunlover’s 30-metre spiralling waterslide into the tropical ocean. A trained lifeguard is always on watch from an elevated lifeguard station, and there’s easy entry to the water from two snorkel platforms, both of which are accessible by stairs.

For those who want even more adventure, you can add to your reef tour with a guided-snorkel tour, Seawalker helmet dive, introductory and certified SCUBA dives or take to the sky for a scenic helicopter flight.

Our homeward bound journey will have you arriving back in Cairns at 5.30pm.
