Various Policies exist and differ for each tour operator. Generally, most tour operators will require you to be Double Vaccinated before you can take part in their tour. Evidence will need to be provided and this can be via the QLD Government Check In App when you have linked your Vaccination Certificate. Otherwise you can provide a copy (paper or electronic) of your Vaccination Certificate.
Currently, there are no Government Mandates applying to Accommodation Providers.
It is the guests responsibility to check the current requirements and FNQ Travel won’t be held responsible for any liability in this regard. This includes the provision of refunds in case you are denied travel/boarding.
